One of my favourite new things to do is yoga. I love the sense of relaxation I get, the feeling of stretch, and the level of peace that comes with practising it. In a way, I would like for it to take over a larger portion of my life, maybe to the point of me practising throughout the day. If I could have a few hours a day set aside instead of a few days a week for yoga, I’m sure I’d be able to do some of the more complicated (and more beautiful) poses far sooner, and more easily. It’s just a matter of organizing my day properly, I suppose.
I think this sort of thing will start to come together once I get my new day-planner on Monday. I can’t wait.
